LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Innovated Manufacturing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our Products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or any other intangible losses.

PRODUCT USAGE (END OF ARM TOOLING)

Our end-of-arm tooling for cobots is designed and manufactured for various applications. However, any misuse of the products or failure to adhere to the provided instructions may damage property, injury or death. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the product is used by applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.

PRODUCT USAGE (ALL OTHER PRODUCTS)

All other products we design, manufacture, and sell currently and in the future should be used for their designated purpose. While most of our products are multi-purpose, any misuse of the products or failure to adhere to the provided instructions may damage property, injury or death. The user's responsible for ensuring that the product is used according to applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.

WARRANTY:

Innovated Manufacturing provides a limited warranty for its end-of-arm tooling for cobots. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a specified period. Please refer to the product's warranty documentation for detailed terms and conditions.

INDEMNIFICATION:

By using our end-of-arm tooling for cobots, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innovated Manufacturing, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the product.

MODIFICATIONS:

As the Customer, you reserve the right to physically modify any aspect of its end-of-arm tooling at any time. Any modifications to anything Innovated Manufacturing Designs or Manufactures will cause the warranty to be voided due to damages to the Product. Innovated Manufacturing will not be liable for any damages to any other Person, Machine, or Robot due to the modifications you made as the customer.

GOVERNING LAW:

This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed per the Laws of Indiana. Any disputes related to this disclaimer shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indiana.
